Our COVID-19 Response and Responsibility

Dear TRINITY: Religious Artwork & Icons (Trinity Stores) Customers and Friends:

Along with providing amazing religious artworks and products, maintaining the well-being of our customers and communities is our No. 1 priority. This is one of many reasons why Trinity Stores is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  We want to share some Good News with you.

Good News #1:  Trinity Stores is a small, family run business/ministry (bizminstry).  Our staff consists of Owner John O’Brien and son Alec O’Brien.  We do everything from processing orders to manufacturing products to shipping. There is NO large number of employees handling your orders to worry about. There are no customers in our store as we are e-commerce (online) only.

Good News #2:  We do not need to purchase goods and services from our suppliers due to our massive pre-Christmas 2019 ordering (3 garages full to the brim).  We have all of our manufacturing supplies, shipping supplies, products and equipment in-house. 

Good News #3:  All of our products are manufactured on-demand when orders are placed. We make the prints and products when your order is placed.  Every product is made and packaged and shipped by hand (our two sets of extra clean hands).

Good News #4:  We have always washed our hands and kept our workstations extra clean. When you are a small family run business from your home, everything must be super organized and clean and tidy since space is limited.

Good News #5:  Our amazing wood plaque manufacturer is very similar to us. They are a small, woman owned, business that functions and super cleans the same way we do.  Like us, they have no foot traffic in their store (no customers in store).

Good News #6:  Now, more than ever, we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our home office, workstation and equipment.

Good News #7: Many people are asking the same question: Is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The WHO and CDC have stated “There is likely a very low risk of spreading the virus from products or packages that are shipped over days and weeks. Coronaviruses are generally spread through respiratory droplets and don’t survive well on surfaces. There is no evidence that COVID-19 is transmitted through imported goods or shipped packages.”
