You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Trinity Stores within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Trinity Stores will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging and must be in sellable condition. Please be diligent in packing and securing the returned item properly.
If an item is damaged due to our shippers fault, please hold onto the item and contact us immediately. We will promptly process and ship your replacement item at no cost to you.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To ensure proper credit for your account, enclose a copy of the invoice in the box with the returned item, and indicate your reason for the return. All items must be returned in sellable condition.
We are unable to accept returns of custom items. Custom items include shirts, holy cards, and products created with customer’s custom text or design.
